They are hungry and are ready to take on any responsibility you throw at them.
Good experience trumps academic theory so select those who have shown themselves worthy.
Knight

They keep everyone together. Without them there is no life within the business.
They might not be as adept as supervisors but they are key. You just got to find creative ways to utilize their talents. Place them in the middle of the office space.
They can empathise well with people and so you can get a fresh perspective
Pawn

Remember that if the pawn reaches the end of the board – puts in enough work – they can be promoted to a higher position so always be on the lookout.
